Hope for Healing: Learning to Trust Your Intuition and Your Emotions

Through my own journey of overcoming anxiety I have learned that avoiding negative emotions is impossible. In fact when we try to avoid them they become worse and decrease our ability to trust our intuition! They often turn into anger or anxiety. This causes personal stress and conflict in relationships. We are so afraid to feel pain that we numb out, lash out or become overwhelmed. My passion is to provide support and guidance for you to learn how to safely experience emotions, and learn coping skills. My collaborative, non-judgmental approach to counseling and teaching enables you to feel empowered, gain clarity, and heal relationships. Class questions:Do you struggle with continual worry?Do you find it difficult to cope with your emotions? Do you struggle with separating fear from intuition? Is there more drama in your life then you would like? If you answered yes to these questions, you are not alone; many of my clients have struggled with these questions. I did too, and am thankful to have learned the tools to recognize and accept both my strength and vulnerability. It is beautiful when we stop being afraid of embracing it. We often struggle with learning to trust ourselves and many of us do not understand how to decipher the difference between anxiety, fear and intuition. Rather than coping with emotions many of us turn to unhealthy relationships to try and decrease the pain. Some people turn to food or shopping or other avoidance behaviors. Most people do not know that there are some simple tools to try that can help us move through pain more quickly and get our needs met. I would be honored to assist you in your journey in learning to cope with emotions and rediscover joy. Join us in learning some of these tools September 22nd at 1:45. COST: $20 Save $5 if you bring a friend.
